Capital Advisory Associate
The CS Organization's Capital Advisory Division is seeking team members with experience in providing commercial real estate financing advisory services to clients.
Capital Advisory Associates will provide boutique commercial real estate financing advisory services to clients with the sole intent of securing the best capital solutions for their commercial real estate projects nationwide.
Responsibilities:

Identify and secure financing assignments across select classes

Conduct in-house due diligence on all incoming assignments.

Process assignments from origination to closing.

Build strong long-term relationships with sponsors and investors.

Relentlessly and proactive networking with the commercial real estate industry

Must be comfortable Cold Calling

Maintain and Master your CRM

2+ years of commercial real estate experience.
