The CS Advisory Division specializes in arranging financing solutions for sponsors seeking efficient debt solutions to their capital stack for their opportunistic commercial real estate projects. CS Advisory strategically focuses on arranging Construction, C-PACE, Mezzanine, Preferred Equity and Bridge financing for heavy value-add and construction assignments across several asset classes.
